In our online shop, we offer a selection of top-quality refurbished hardware from Hewlett Packard and Dell.
We believe it is smarter to repair or refurbish first-rate technology, instead of pushing more mediocre new machines into the market. Owning a quality product is more satisfying, while reducing waste contributes towards a more conservative economy. Plus, by refurbishing quality hardware already in Australia, we reduce both the export of wealth, and the import from foreign factories, often located in Communist China.
For clients who demand the very latest in hi-powered tech, e.g. gaming enthusiasts and AV professionals, we offer custom-build PCs, or can assist with the selection and installation of new hardware from Hewlett Packard or Dell.
The Elder Geeks specialise in on-site computer, network, and general tech support, primarily for mature Australians. We speak your language, and provide a conservative approach to service. Whether for your business, home, or mobile abode, we are ready to assist you remotely across Australia, and on-site around regional Victoria and Melbourne.
Delivery Info
We only source A-grade hardware for refurbishment and configure the user account to your requirements. Both takes more time than pushing a box out the door. Expect 10-12 days between placing your order and dispatch of goods.
We use Australia Post Express Service to deliver your goods. Your purchase must be paid in full before we dispatch your order. You will be provided with an Australia Post tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.
All items are carefully packed to withstand regular transport by air and road. However, once we hand over your consignment to Australia Post, we can take no responsibility for damage or loss. If you prefer, we can arrange for freight insurance at your expense at the rate of $2.50 per $100 cover.
As an alternative, and for orders from outside Australia, we can courier your consignment to a Melbourne-based freight forwarder of your choice, and bill you for the courier fees.
